Coco thought of everything. Her place was spotless, well designed, well furnished and supplied with many thoughtful amenities including a fresh fruit basket, many towels, a pantry loaded with coffees, snacks and water. I could not have provisioned it better myself. I would like to get the name of her bed. I slept better than I have in years! We communicated several times and she was very helpful from recommending places to see to figuring out light switches. We have not had a host as thoughtful as Coco. Her place is convenient to the beach and nearby resorts. We greatly prefer our own place for a week over hotel living and this was perfect for this couple

I’ve stayed in multiple units at ESJ Tower, and this one is, without a doubt, the most immaculate and beautifully maintained of them all. If you’re even slightly considering it, book with confidence—you will not be disappointed. Every detail of this unit has been thoughtfully curated; the fully equipped and stylish kitchen, and the spa-like bathroom are all truly exceptional. As a corner unit, it offers an added level of privacy and tranquility that is hard to find. Nights are wonderfully peaceful, with no disruptive neighbor noise—just the soothing sounds of when you step outside to the cozy and inviting balcony. The breathtaking balcony views are stunning both during the day and at night. Above all, the host went above and beyond to make us feel completely at home. Coco was attentive, warm, and incredibly responsive, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and providing immediate assistance whenever necessary. Thank you again, Coco, for your outstanding hospitality.

Coco’s place was the nicest Airbnb we have stayed at in Isla Verde. The unit was perfect, just renovated with an outstanding view of the beach. Beach chairs, cooler and umbrella provided. Beds were brand new and super comfortable. Great amenities inside the unit. If our son remains in PR, this is where we will be returning to stay for visits!

The host was very accommodating & responsive, easy parking, perfect location right on the beach next to lots of restaurants, bars, and places you can walk to. The inside was decorated beautifully with all of the extra amenities you can think of and more and extremely clean. I will definitely come back and stay again!

The best views! With a gated entrance to the beach, & everything we needed for a beach day. Fully stocked apartment, close to so many good restaurants. Very clean, hot showers, fully stocked bathroom with blowdryer, flat iron, & products. Snacks & drinks were a plus! Great location close to the airport, with a taxi stand near by too.

This was the best Air bnb my friends and I have stayed at. It is extremely clean with great appliances and amenities! It was right beside the beach and many restaurants. As well as the main building, had a bar, café, and game room. Only a short ride too many of the great places in Puerto Rico. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean and cosy place to stay with great views. As for Coco, she was so fast replying and very reliable. She gave us many great recommendations for food and places to visit! 10/10 :)
