Coco’s home is overall the most comfortable worldwide Airbnb experience my husband and I have ever had. The level of attention to detail to meet every possible need or want, as well as the supreme cleanliness was mind blowing at this Airbnb - it’s literally ON the beach and yet not one speck of sand! Everything in the unit was high quality- bedding, furniture, appliances, decor, washer/dryer- there was even a hair straightener and margarita blender! We loved the balcony, but were also able to enjoy the view from virtually every inch of the home. The location and building amenities were supreme. El Cafecita, in the lobby serves excellent coffee and delicious sandwiches, and Mint, the bar, is such a nice thing to have right there in the building. Lastly, the building is extremely secure with such nice people working there. It’s nice to know where exactly we’ll be staying for all our San Juan visits!

Absolutely beautiful condo, stunning ocean views. Wish I could’ve stayed forever. ESJ building is a little run down but I knew that going into it, had absolutely no impact on the condo or our stay. I’m there for the condo not the building. Also had a great workout facility. All staff were very helpful and friendly the entire time. Would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

My friends and I had a great stay at Coco’s! We were very happy to see the airbnb looked identical to the pictures in the listing and was spotless. We appreciated many of the amenities (aloe, snacks, drinks, fruit, bathroom products, beach bag, speaker, etc.) which made our trip that much smoother and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend other folks to pick this stay, especially if you are looking for a location with quick and easy access to a beautiful beach you can tan and swim at! Thank you Coco!

This was a five-star experience in every sense. The property was exactly as described, check-in was smooth, and Coco made everything feel simple and well-managed. The location was ideal for our trip: convenient, easy to access, and close to everything we needed. The property was also well well equipped, which made the stay much more comfortable. The view was stunning and the place is very unique with attention to detail from the decor to treats , fruit, cold beverages, washer/dryer, beach chairs/umbrella. The best I have experienced in any Airbnb. Communication with Coco was impressive in that her response time back was immediate. The stay was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The available parking spot was a huge plus. Coco created a special bonding with us as she checked in to see how we were doing and gave us awesome recommendations from activities to restaurants or answering any questions we had. We look forward to visiting PR again and staying at Coco’s place!!

Coco has a beautiful apartment with an incredible view! The location is absolutely perfect on the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. Coco was very responsive and maintains the apartment very clean. From bandaids to bug spray to snacks, this place is supplied with everything you may need. We will definitely return!

Perfect location! Very attentive and helpful to our questions. Everything was as described. Plenty of towels!! Which was a big plus for 4 girls. Plenty of space for us 4. Location was perfect. Few steps to the beach. She had plenty of things for the beach, beach tote, towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler! Also we love the washer and dryer that was very nice. We would recommend to anyone staying in PR. We would stay here again our next trip. Also there is a restaurant called meat market 5 min walk. Best steaks and service i had in a while!
