Perfect location! Very attentive and helpful to our questions. Everything was as described. Plenty of towels!! Which was a big plus for 4 girls. Plenty of space for us 4. Location was perfect. Few steps to the beach. She had plenty of things for the beach, beach tote, towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler! Also we love the washer and dryer that was very nice. We would recommend to anyone staying in PR. We would stay here again our next trip. Also there is a restaurant called meat market 5 min walk. Best steaks and service i had in a while!

We had a great stay at this studio apartment. We especially appreciated the snacks, fruit and coffee because we arrived late in the evening and had nothing to eat. Free parking was also a great perk. Communication was timely and excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Coco’s place in Puerto Rico! The condo was beautifully decorated and the balcony had an amazing view. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful extras Coco provided — specialty toiletries, cocktail shakers and a blender, plus beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for the beach. The private beach entrance was perfect and the property felt very safe and well maintained. Coco was also fantastic to work with — she shared great recommendations before our trip and communicated clearly throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The place was spotless and beautifully maintained — you can truly tell they care about every detail. The host was incredibly attentive and always available whenever we needed anything. They welcomed us with drinks, fresh fruit, and even a thoughtful card, which made us feel so special and appreciated. The home has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It felt like a home away from home. Coco was especially amazing — when we needed to change our stay dates, she helped us right away and didn’t charge us anything extra. That level of kindness and flexibility is rare and truly appreciated. Without a doubt, this is the best place we have ever stayed in Puerto Rico. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

Loved staying at Coco’s place! The location is perfect. Right on the beach and the view is unbelievable. Lots of restaurants in walking distance or a short Uber away. Coco had everything we needed for a great stay! Would definitely stay here again

Coco’s home was beyond our expectations. There were so many free snacks, waters (Fiji) & even free wine! Coco was so easy to get in contact with when we had questions or needed recommendations. The place was very well kept and the pictures do not justice for how breathtaking the view is. The apartment was so classy and well designed. Direct beach access to Isla Verde beach, the balcony overlooks that same beach! I didn’t want to leave. I’d 10000% stay here again if in the Isla Verde area & I’d recommend this Airbnb to everyone I know! An amazing stay!!!!
